Alexei's background spans web3 marketing, business development, applied technology, and broad SME services, with a global network across tech, crypto and AI. After years of watching teams buy AI tools they never put to work, Astraeus was founded to do the work that follows: get operators fluent with the tools that hold up, and (when the work earns it) build agent systems trusted with a function start to finish.

The consultancy is deliberately specialist. Agent orchestration is a domain with its own engineering disciplines, failure modes, and operational realities, none of which are well-served by generalist AI consulting. Astraeus is based in Dublin and serves clients there, in London, and remotely.

We work with growth-stage teams in tech, commerce, media, and adjacent spaces, from helping founders and operators adopt AI tooling properly, to designing and operating multi-agent systems that own entire operational functions. Agent orchestration is the flagship capability; enablement is where many engagements begin. We don't work in healthcare or regulated financial services; those require credentials and a legacy of specialist work we don't have, and we'd rather be honest about that than pretend otherwise. If we ever do, it will be after years of earning the right.
