Alexei's background spans web3 marketing, business development, applied technology, and broad SME services, with a global network concentrated in the crypto and AI communities. After years of watching teams buy AI tools they never operationalised, Astraeus was founded to do the work that follows: get operators fluent with the tools that work, and (when the work earns it) build agent systems that take real responsibility for a function.
The consultancy is deliberately specialist. Agent orchestration is a domain with its own engineering disciplines, failure modes, and operational realities, none of which are well-served by generalist AI consulting. Astraeus is based in Dublin and serves clients there, in London, and remotely.
Position
What we do, and don't do
We work with growth-stage teams in tech, commerce, media, and adjacent spaces, from helping founders and operators adopt AI tooling properly, to designing and operating multi-agent systems that own entire operational functions. Agent orchestration is the flagship capability; enablement is where many engagements begin. We don't work in healthcare or regulated financial services; those require credentials and a legacy of specialist work we don't have, and we'd rather be honest about that than pretend otherwise. If we ever do work there, it will be after years of earning the right to.
