Privacy notice

This notice describes how Astraeus Business Solutions ("Astraeus", "we") handles personal data collected through this website.

What we collect

We collect only what you submit to us, and a minimal set of anonymous traffic data:

• Contact form submissions: name, work email, company name, role, company size, the operational context you describe, your timeline, and how you heard about us.
• Analytics and CRM data via HubSpot, which records page views, referrers, and, where you consent or submit a form, associates your visits with your contact record so we can respond with useful context. HubSpot may set cookies for this purpose; see the Cookies section below.
• Direct correspondence: any email or message you send us.

How we use it

We use the data you submit to respond to your enquiry, to run the engagement that follows from it, and to keep a record of who we've been in touch with. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not subscribe you to any list without explicit consent.

Where it lives

Form submissions are delivered to our inbox via Web3Forms, a third-party form delivery service. Records of your enquiry are kept for the duration of any engagement we run together, plus 24 months thereafter, after which they are deleted. We use industry-standard security practices to protect what we hold.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, export, or erase the personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, email info@astraeus.ie and we'll respond within 30 days.

Cookies

This website uses HubSpot for analytics, scheduling and CRM. HubSpot sets cookies to distinguish visitors and, where you book a meeting or submit a form, to connect your visit to your enquiry. The full list of cookies, durations and controls is in our cookie policy. Where consent is required, you will be asked before non-essential cookies are set, and you can decline without losing access to the site.

Changes
