Re-typing
The same customer, quote or job information entered into more than one system.
Free AI and automation consultation
We look at where the hours go, follow one or two real workflows and show what could sensibly be automated today. You get a one-page findings note within 48 hours.
Book the consultationThis is a conversation, not a disguised two-day audit. We sit with the owner or the person who does the admin and follow the work as it really happens: how an enquiry arrives, where information gets copied, what needs chasing and where something gets forgotten.
The session produces a useful hypothesis. If a workflow needs deeper mapping, access to systems or a scored business case, that becomes a separately scoped Workflow Audit. Keeping those two things separate protects your time and ours.
Work in the room
The session follows the work as it really happens: where an enquiry arrives, where information is copied, what needs chasing and where a person needs to decide.
The sequence
How work arrives, how it gets done and how money gets collected.
Follow one or two real examples from first contact to completion.
Identify where a process change, existing feature, automation or AI step fits best.
Three opportunities, one free quick win, one thing to leave alone and one recommended next step.
The same customer, quote or job information entered into more than one system.
Replies, payments, staff updates or supplier answers that depend on somebody remembering.
Policies, prices, documents or previous decisions that live in several places.
Enquiries or routine approvals sitting still because the right person did not see them.
A one-page note within 48 hours, written for the business rather than for a technical buyer.
Something the team can improve without commissioning Astraeus.
The workflow or decision we would keep human, with the reason.
A single recommendation and price, typically €395 to €1,950 depending on scope, or a clear recommendation to spend nothing yet.
The honest boundary
The consultation is how Astraeus meets potential clients. Some sessions lead to paid work and some end with the findings note. Both are valid outcomes. We do not run the paid Workflow Audit inside the free session.
Direct answers
No. The session is a bounded way for both sides to see whether there is useful work to do. You keep the findings note whether or not you hire Astraeus.
No presentation is needed. Bring the person who knows the workflow and, if useful, one recent example such as an enquiry, quote or monthly report.
The useful test is repetition, not headcount. If the same task absorbs several hours most weeks, it is worth examining.
Only if the evidence supports one. Most sensible first steps are narrower: a process fix, tool setup, small automation, CRM improvement or paid workflow audit.
We map the workflow without copying customer data. Nothing identifying is published or used as a case study without written permission.
Tell us what the business does and which piece of admin keeps returning. We will arrange the session from there.
